While I see the similarities in hair color, no. Just, no.
For one, Ahri's the Korean type that devours your flesh in as sadistic a way as possible just to see you suffer.

Back on topic, I'm unsure as to WHY a human girl is considered a monstergirl. Sure, she's possessed by a fox spirit, but she's still a human, unless this is either permanent or she's supposed to be some sort of Lesser Succubus phase for the fox girls.

Maybe becuase the kitsunebi is possessing a miko she gets special powers that a regular human/kitsunebi wouldn't have.

you ever play an rpg with a ghost or possessing boss, beat it, then it possesses something and you fight that too? Usually both end up in th bestairy if the game has one so maybe thats one reason kenkou made this to go with the other.
