If you tie it right, it puts pressure on the clitoris and clitoral area, jamming it right up against the pubic bone. For some women, this is really arousing, b/c they like to be handled roughly. If she walks, then the rope will rub all along the inner part, from her clit to her anus, and the pressure/friction can keep her in a state of constant arousal.
