Sechs is female. She said so herself long after having to switch to a male body. In the end she doesn't give a fuck, because her body is a tool. She only switched from a female to a male body because her female body was destroyed and the only available replacement at the time was a male one. After feeling weird for some time, she concluded that the male body suited her fighting style better and kept it, but she clearly said that she's still a girl. So the next time her body gets destroyed she might just switch to a female one again. Sechs isn't trans and she doesn't care.
