One of my favirote restrained pictures with non-con implications. Most pictures have really bad restraints that are more for show than any use. These however deny her any ability to get a limb in the way or fight back or to moved any part of her body away from an attacker. If her captor want's to fuck her despite any crying, screaming, pleading, or writhing in the end she has no choice but to lay there and be fucked. The restraints offer her no way to even nconvinance her attacker, never mind put up any genuine fight.

She's going to be tortured, too. She knows this. She's crying and scared because she doesn't want to be tortured. Suffocated. Electrocuted. Cut. Sewn. For who knows how many days, weeks, months, years.

She sees that she's in a surgically equipped operating room. I would be terrified too. At this point, she' has probably interacted enough with her captor to know that she cannot talk her way out of this. So she's given up on keeping her wits about her, planning, thinking. She knows there's nothing she can do now but be tortured.
