not distinct enough to get a half-life tag would be my guess...still looks like the destroyed Washington Monument from Fallout 3 to me...though i would have liked tattoo options in Fallout...especially as a way to distinguish factions...i mean its a wasteland...not all scavengers would get along...wait wait wait...getting way to deep here...nice picture
