Inbefore they put something in the anime for the Yu x Naoto pairing

Even the game ends with Naoto expressing her desire to accompany him when he leaves while blushing

The protagonist always has that immunity/plot armor in both anime and game, it will depend now on further episodes of Persona4 the animation if Yuu and Naoto are gonna have a social link, Naoto liking Yu, but as for now there are not indications yet. Later probably when Yuu leaves they'll still put that scene, the blushing shy expression is always best at goodbyes. :)
