I've never seen an event pokemon get overshadowed quite like Meloetta. It loses the main role to a water pony, and on the day of it's reveal, the unveiling of two mainstream games steals it's thunder in less than an hour.

I actually like Meloetta more. At least I don't have to wait to get one.

This is why I don't like {okemon Anime and their damned movies
Always focused on damned small legendary that really doesn;t deserve the attention
always have childish story
always have basic damned plot
always focused on the damned pokemon
never focused on the damned human trainer
(just remove human character won't you game freak?)
and the most of all
it always have that damned Satoshi in it

Hey, hangar. Don't be hating on Game Freak. They just make the games; the anime and movies are made by an unrelated company called ShoPro.

Also, fuck yeah now that Meloetta's out of the way we're much closer to Genesect's movie. Fingers crossed for Mewtwo appearing.

Of course the movie needs to focus on a Pokemon. And not every movie features Ash. Movie 6 is more Max focused. The Pokemon Ranger Movie is more May focused.
