It's less that, it's more that a lot of danbooru users are really competitive in uploading images.
With very popular artists like Real xxiii uploaders tend to initially upload with minimum tags on their images just to get a better chance at being the one with their name by the image. It's all completely pointless.

They'll usually tag properly it a couple of minutes later but if gelbooru's bot brings the image over straight away the tagging usually ends up shitty.

Now let's go back to enjoying this delicious picture.
