The victim seems to have been trying to call someone before her eventual demise. The attacker must have been a beast, smashed through that glass like it was nothing to get to her but cause of death is difficult to say at this point in time. We have a bloody footprint, sloppy work if you ask me but this seems pretty senseless. How did she die I wonder?

She is still alive. This picture paints a subtle level of horror which she has just experienced. She may survive if someone calls the emergency services. But that seems unlikely, no one wants to interfere in a bloodbath.
