I honestly have no idea if she's futanari or not. I'm erring on the side of caution and not putting anything in at the moment. Looking at this artist's past works, futanari isn't something he has done before, so it might just be a case that P's dick is in a... uncomfortable position.

That being said, I want to question the "rape" tag. "Femdom"... that can stand due to her being in a dominant position, but P has his arms wrapped around her, and doesn't appear to be raped at all. The speech-bubbles might reveal more to this fact (it also depends on whether she is futanari or it - if so, more likely to be rape), but until then, I'm not confident enough to pass judgement on that. Some people might enjoy the idea that she's raping him, after all.
