I agree with anon 2, G36 weren't really the equips for UK. But i think anon 2 mistaken shes american because of the apache.

The flag on her shoulder is indeed English. Many wars are fought with coalitions. It's quite likely that the setting would be a military coalition of at least Americans and English.

The British use a version of the Apache. They even have Apaches they use from ships, if I'm not mistaken.
