I love how everyone brings up the "how does she breathe in space" thing with giantesses this big instead of, y'know, all the problems they have even supporting their own weight, getting blood circulation, or breathing at ALL, even when they're only 50 or so feet tall.

There's also the issue that nerves take time to transmit signals. The speeds vary considerably depending on a number of factors, but 120 m/s is considered very fast. At that speed it would take several minutes to get signals to her extremities, or even just across her brain.
