This is an actual restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, called the Heart Attack Grill. Their burger specialty is the "Bypass Burger", and you can get it with up to four patties (Quadruple Bypass). Miki has a Triple and Takane has a Quadruple.

I know this not because I've ever been there, but because there was a story in the news about a month ago where a customer eating one of those burgers actually had a heart attack right there in the restaurant.

I've heard about the Heart Attack Grill as well. The waitresses there are "nurses" and actually dress as shown above.
