Actually, I think it's the emotion that makes all of the difference, especially if you've got a rape fetish. The difference between her just being fucked silly and being forced against her will might just be the difference that decides whether or not someone finds it arousing. Likewise, for those who enjoy the games, seeing a character that they know and love degraded in such a way might just be what does it for them.
