As a person with breasts, I'd like to point out that when it comes to breasts this size, what's pulling them down is this thing called gravity. Whether she wears a bra regularly or not doesn't matter, when they're that big, they start to sag no matter what- unless, of course, they're fake (although having toned muscles in that area does help support them somewhat). These are definitely real.
