Not to be obnoxious, but I fail to see whatever it is that makes this a "bad anatomy" situation.

If you would be so kind (or whomever is the next person who reads this comment), please tag whatever the bad anatomy aspect(s) is (or are)?

And either way, this is nowhere even close to a Rob Liefeld in terms of anatomy...although both Luka and Miku have exceptionally long legs, they are on the thinner side, rather than having an overabundance of muscles in places that do not have muscles. If anything, they are just long-legged (perhaps too much so, cannot tell), a bit thin (but not waifish), and a little long in the neck (with slightly overly-defined collarbones). Granted, as well, that Luka is depicted with a smaller bust than most other works, but beyond all of that, I really do not see Liefeld as a good analogy.

Nor, that all said, do I really see where the "bad anatomy" tag should apply (unless the long legs etc mentioned above really is enough to qualify).

The bad anatomy tag is there because of the disproportion between limb lengths and torso length that both characters seem to have. Miku's waist also appears to be about three inches thick and 5 inches wide, with the rest of her torso similarly disproportionated. Her hips appear to be a reasonable width, which means that her outline just suddenly just suddenly expands, given how the image is drawn. While you might not notice it at first because she's clothed, if her skirt were removed, it would look weird.
