I can't state for sure if this is completely accurate, but she shares a very strong resemblance to Miyuki Kobayakawa's early designs from the YUA manga, in the chapters before she grew her hair into a ponytail or braids. Even her eye color and the parting of her hair is very similar.

I'm tagging as such, but if there's anyone that can confirm if this is fanart or an OC, it would be appreciated.
