It IS Ruukoto but with Vivit ears. This was done deliberately by the artist to give her a "Multi" appearance. At least that's what I think the source was trying to tell me. I will admit the tags made little sense to me.

The artist already made Ruukoto, so it strikes me as odd why this Ruukoto is different from the previous.
