If I were Kuroneko, I'd decapitate her! Seriously I just HATE ripoffs not to mention that in comparison Kobato is more similar to her than all those tsundere dubbed by Rie Kugimiya.

I'm surprised that u got up votes rather than down votes.
First, the seiyuu name is not Rie Kugimiya, its Kana Hanazawa, and unlike Rie Kugimiya who usually voiced tsundere girls, she is usually voiced a various character with different personalities. It's just a coincidence that those two character voiced by Kana Hanazawa have the same trait, that is a chuu2.
Second, it's not ripoffs because it's created by a different author.
