if you look at her official scan it has a line straight down the middle that split it up. Skirt-Short. Really niche.

I still dont really think any of the designs are shitty; they're supposed to just be avarage, adventerous kids. teeshirts, jackets, shorts and skirts, whatever; not complex animu wardrobes that look overly flashy, ornate, and complex. People these days are just overstimulated by games and cartoons and movies, everything doesnt need to be blatenty in-you-face badass awesome. It's simple, and I like it.
Not to mention, my first thought when I saw it - upskirt please? Always trust gelbooru
