@Anon2: If they were genderless they wouldn't be goo girls, they'd just be slime monsters. Goo girls are girls who are made of goo. Pretty straight forward. Sloth in this is a physically AND mentally female homonculus with the ability to turn into a liquid form. There is absolutely no confusing point on this.
