In canon he absolutely hates this girl. She tortured him constantly in middle school and he never forgives her even though her personality went through a genuine 180 since then. So yeah he's fucking pissed about her bullying now escalating to rape, and pissed that he couldn't help but cum inside her even though he didn't want to.
That said I do love the idea of her going from a bully to an obsessed yandere about him but in the series she's much too shy for that now.

I might be bad at facial expressions but nothing about his face says he's happy with what's going on here. He does, in fact, look angry. Given his expression and position it looks like he's being forced, which is rape.
