How do you know it's Saber Extra or the original Saber, other than "the tag says so"?

Anon1, regular Saber was refered to as the Lion. She also never wore red. Saber Extra was refered to as the Red Dragon in her character's lore of origin. Saber Alter is also known as the Black Lion or Black Dragon depending on the source. Just thought to let people know and be helpful.

Anon2, that's Artoria Saber, not Nero Saber. Nero has a bigger fringe behind the ahoge.
