Two things come to mind.
1. What's happening? Is he using a Gardevoir to torture a Kirlia/ her daughter?
2. He should be dead, since when the mouth is unzipped, Banettes soul gets loose.

I don't think that Gardevoir's a puppet. Notice the blood & the lack of any stitching? I think he killed her & cut her eyes out.
