Wouldn't this be futanari?

Futanari has a vagina rather than balls.

For all intents and purposes, futanari is cock + tits, afaik.

We've been through this before.

What can be seen in a picture overrides what the artist says about it. female_protagonist_(pokemon_bw2) is depicted in the image. Given that she's tagged, and even just by the wording of the tag, the default assumption is that there is a female in the image.

However, oh no! There's a penis on her. This complicates things! Or not, actually. There's a formula you should use to determine which tag applies.

1. If her entire appearance besides clothing and hair is that of a male, the tag genderswap applies, and the character is considered male. If he's crossdressing, then the tag "crossdressing" applies. Please note that the tag "trap" NEVER applies if you can see genitals from the thumbnail.

2. If her entire appearance besides genitals appears female, the next step is to look closer at the genitals.
If BOTH male and female genitals are present, then the proper tag to add is "futanari". Remember that futanari can be either with or without testicles.
If only male genitals are present, then the proper tag to add is "newhalf".
If it is impossible to tell whether both genitals are present, such as in this picture, if testicles are present, it is safer to assume newhalf, and if testicles are NOT present, it is safer to assume futanari. Alternatively, if the image is part of a set where it IS possible to tell whether there is a vagina present, go with that.

Using this formula on this picture, we get:

1. The clothing and hair aren't the only female characteristics present. The girl here has developed breasts, and hip and leg structures that are distinctly female. Remember that you can't make the claim that "he's just padded his bra" here since you can't see that in the image. So, following the formula, she isn't a trap, she isn't crossdressing, and she isn't a genderswap.

2. She does indeed generally appear female, but with male genitals. Due to her pantyhose, however, it isn't possible to determine whether there is a vagina present or not. So, since you can see testicles through the pantyhose, the correct tag here is newhalf, unless there are other images in this set that show her genitals uncovered.

I've preemptively locked the tags on this image.

I like how the new Pokemon girl got a special futa/trap tag just for herself just because of a typo from some announcement.
