Sakura looks normal, most likely b/c of the odd angle her face is drawn, it came out better than the others XD

Hinata gets drawn with a full figure for the sake of variety. If hair, clothes and bust sizes were all that differentiated the girls in silhouette, it'd be pretty dull.

Since Hinata has the canonically largest bust, she gets a torso that actually could support them, and Ino buys into that "the thinner, the better" body-image horsecrap, so that puts Sakura in the middle.
