Chinatsu canonically chased Akari all over the house, just to hold her down and kiss her. Sure, she claimed it was so she could practice kissing in case she ever got a chance to kiss Yui-senpai, but that was rather excessive behavior if that was the real reason.

So yes, some fun's going to happen soon, for Chinatsu anyway. It'll probably leave Akari further scarred for life.
