Looks like this OVA is primarily focused on Shamsiel and Roxanne (or Rokusaanu).
The good news is that there seems to be another OVA focusing on Isis and Gladys coming out in July, which means another featuring Luceria and Emeraria will probably follow (my guess would be September).
