Her right leg is folded back up---it's being twisted by the hold the girl has it in. It probably hurts. A lot.

That's her left leg, not her right -- look at the toes. Her right foot is in the crease of her left leg, behind the knee. It's a reverse Indian deathlock, basically. Her arms aren't constrained at all though, so they must be tied up.
