I think the options mean "show", "breath heavily", and "hide". The box on top is pikupiku, which is onomatopoeic for twitching, I guess? Not sure what that's supposed to mean.

9 years late response incoming! Pikupiku is the character's name in this case, and that image is a parody of the episode where they were playing an RPG and pkpk got the "pervert" class for her character.
