Frollo was easily the scariest for me, Maleficent was pretty frightening but Claude Frollo came off to me as the devil when I was little, especially after the Hellfire portion.

The Evil Queen? She wasn't that scary. Maleficent however, to everyone else, wasn't nightmarish to me, but she sure seemed a great villainess

Thought the priest dude was the nostalgia critic in his M. Bison outfit from the thumbnail. Ha. I don't recognize the priest guy, the woman in the middle, or the guy on the right between Hades and Jafar. Personally, the old witch version of the evil queen from Snowwhite creeped me out. These other characters never scared me, just thought they were cool on occassion. I think I liked Hades the most because he seemed very "human" in particular, to me.

The main reason to watch practically any Disney film is the villains. The heroes are usually very boring or so whiny they're hard to empathize with.

Last time a villain team was banned together was Maleficent and Pete. However they got overshadowed by Master Xehanort and possibly now The Master of Masters. Lol.
