What I understand from this
Noel is falling into the Boundary and she remembers many things that somehow involve her, the growing hair its to me that Amaterasu is still alive and its taking her, but before she lost herself, Ragna jumps to rescue her
that what I think, the characters on her hair, her hair itself and the background make me think that
well, I can say its a nice picture,its like redoing the CT scene of the True End, just that Ragna its the savior instead of Noel, I dont know if this will happen in a future game, but I think it can work
