Between the hook on the scythe and the thin shaft that thing would be useless for any practical purpose. The shaft wouldn't survive the impact of hitting anything with enough force to do any real damage and the area where the blade dips to make that hook is the blade's weakest spot. If the shaft managed to keep from splitting, that tip is as good as gone. To top it off, the blade is a little thin. It doesn't look like it has the weight to cleave very well.

With that aside, the girl is delicious.

Yes, but scythes are awfully impractical as weapons to begin with. Actually hitting someone with the edge would be just about impossible, this is why when scythes were used for battle, the blade was removed and reattached at a 90 degree angle so it could be a makeshift glaive.
