I don't think lifting a skirt constitutes questionable, anon 1. Everything's covered, no inappropriate parts are showing.

It's more covered than a girl in a bikini, but we rate those safe (unless something inappropriate is showing).

This image looks pretty safe to me.

i'd agree with it being safe if it wasnt for the fact that you can see bulging ballsacks. atleast iam assuming those are balls the way its drawn makes it hard to tell
