^ Of course. Everything sold on DVD involves paid actors/crew. (Only exception maybe are random background people who's faces are usually blurred out.)

There may be two exceptions. Unpaid direct to internet uploads, which are quasi legal, don't really give a crap about censoring the innocent. Secondly, sometimes, after being filmed, someone can offer to pay to use the footage. Sometimes a bit awkward, though.
