I still maintain that they should have remained age swapped in the anime, because Chibi Usa is hotter as a teenager while Usagi makes for a more adorable loli.

Chibi Usa is confirmed to have a bigger rack as a 15 year old than Usagi ever gets as an adult, so I think if everyone got a vote, poor Usagi would stay a loli.
