So, how many hearts and lungs does a centaur have? And now someone will rage like "Why do you ask such technical questions? it's just a fetish fantasy!" and so I will go "Why then make a bone chart for it?" Meh, don't start what you can't finish.

Two hearts, 4 lungs, 2 kidneys and one liver. The human half is just for show, i don't think it would have all the internal organs that a human would need. No stomach, intestines, liver or kidneys in the human half. They would be in the horse half. Most of the human half would be muscle and bone.

Two hearts, two lungs, two kidneys, one liver. The human chest primarily contains the upper chamber of the lungs, as well as a secondary heart responsible for supplying blood to the brain (and upper organs/musculature), and the pancreas and gallbladder. This in turn frees up room for a large heart and lung structure in the lower abdomen - it is this semi-redundant biology that means centaur possess (almost) the speed of a horse and the endurance of a human. The lower abdomen also contains the bulk of the digestive system. A centaur's metabolism is more like that of a human than a horse, they are omnivorous but cannot readily digest hard vegetable matter, which means that the distribution of intestinal volume is significantly different (namely, the large intestine is significantly shorter), and the stomach somewhat larger.
