For those who don't know there was a background character in Aquarion Evol who wore a bag over her head. As far as I know, no mention was ever made as to why she did this, or even what her name was.

Maybe she has a baseball pattern on the back of her head like what happened in one set of strips to Charlie Brown (which is why he wore his bag over his head).
