Well stumps are still sort of useful so... you could have options to let her get by with just stumps and no hands or elbows, or tie her up so it's like she has no arms at all.

Also she can have the feeling of being restrained while still knowing that even if she gets free she's still handicapped.

I think their is a certain symbolism in adding bondage its like saying "not only are you almost completely helpless, but you are also under my complete control"

Without the restraint, she'd still be able to keep her face off the floor, for example.

Plus they just feel nice.
