I don't want to be rude but obvious things are kind of annoying... i mean unless you really don't see much anime of this kind most ppl knows that Chitanda's VA is the one of Ritsu from K-On, defenitely not the same.

Neither the same VA between Rea and Mikoto, i believe the VA for Mikoto might be the first time VA for anime.

Indeed the link here might be the competition between shows as they aired in same season or close, but i believe that the link is also by the resemblance of characters, as it seems to be trending mashing up all the girls with dark hair and hime cuts.
