Here's an idea, fold the ribbons into shape on a flat surface then glue each fold and cross together.
then using an appropriate glue or double sided tape affix it to the relevant limb.
Additionaly you may be able to fake the piercings using skin tone plaster strips (mabey with a bit of make up) to affix the rings (in addition to the pre glueing as such strips will not support being pulled on sideways).

Not really practical for regular use but as a one off for a party or as part of a cosplay outfit?
