Well, i guess its a illustration for a event in Dragon's Dogma... Mercedes try to fight a traitor, if she lose (the Arisen dont help her), the traitor make a little speech on her inability as a fighter and a commander and say she has to be a cumdump if she want to be useful. More ore less x)

Julien says that she's a "bleating she-goat mocked by her own men" and if you do the quest "Come to Court" after the duke bestows you, talk to her she will say "please leave me sir I'll be drunk later with my men".
