Never had trouble with her at all in any play through that I've done, from my first time to my latest Nuzlocke, spanning the original Gen 2 games to the Gen 4 remakes (which sucked).

Morty is still the worst in the region, but his terror is diminished because you can catch a Stantler just outside his city, not level it up at all and still rape his gym.
