Think before you spout bullshit, anon 5. First off, the male body has only one prostate gland. Secondly, it's much smaller than the organs depicted, at least if it's healthy. And thirdly, it's situated in a different position (surrounding the urethra right at the exit of the bladder), and reachable with a finger, not deep in the body as this sketch suggests.

There are three options here: undescended testicles, hermaphroditism, or, most likely, the artist was a bit unclear on the position of the kidneys.
