Is it really more difficult to hit "edit" -> "rating:explicit" than to type out a comment begging someone else to change it?

Also, questionable is the default rating (how do people still not know this? It's even the same on Danbooru, where most of our policies come from.), so that's why it's questionable.

Please refrain from antagonizing our users. Not everyone knows how to change the rating on an image.
