Uh, this is from Komeiji Koishi's Heart Throbbing Adventure where Sanae is torturing Kogasa because she "has to exterminate all youkai", then Kogasa summons her umbrella or something and kills Sanae. She's saying "Mother, I'm home" because her parents were killed before she went to Gensokyo or something.

The tag "koishi_adventure" should be added.

Guess that's why Sanae wasn't too involved and it's because she was killed off in the early insanity outbreak.
