^ It's because the eyes are placed higher up. Higher-placed eyes tend to look more mature and/or masculine, lower-placed eyes tend to look less mature and/or more feminine. That's something I've learned while trying to make my male and female drawings more distinct from each other over the years.
Her jawline may also have something to do with it, that can really change the perception of a character's gender as well.
