You know that dual boss you face, where you pick up some red thing? The boss fight consists of a red zombie and a cowboy duelist. Beat both and you will get the regular CG for this woman after you beat her. However, you can leave the boss room after defeating only one of the two enemies. Depending on which you leave alive, the maid/seductress will get raped in different ways after her defeat.
