Incest is relative. To a good number of people, watching a member of their family have sex is incestual; thus, the mere fact that Airi is watching (presumably) her brother get a blowjob would be considered incestual.

For our tags, members of a family must be engaged in sex with each other for the incest tag to apply. One family member watching another family member having sex is not incest. Tag removed.
