The rules of the site are "Tag what you see", and I see nothing that would otherwise imply this character is a girl, your "lore" knowledge means nothing when artists have the freedom of drawing a genderbent character for all you know, therefore the pics should be tagged male, I'm sorry for breaking it to you, but that's how it works here.
